Archer is a critically acclaimed and award winning animated comedy on FX. Previously set in the world of international espionage, season 7 saw a pretty big shake up as the team packed their bags, moved to LA, and formed private investigation firm, The Figgis Agency.

As Lead Motion Graphics Designer on the show, I work in collaboration with the Art Director to interpret any and all motion graphics required in each episode, including the title sequence and end credit design. These are revamped each season to match the style and aesthetic of the Archer’s ever changing theme and direction.

The title sequence was re-skinned to echo their move to LA, with a new colour palette and a fresh handmade letterpress look. I drew LA landmarks to replace the New York counterparts of previous seasons, and new schematics were added with a P.I flavour.
